GSOR has had a close association with Evergreen Cemetery. The staff and directors of Evergreen Cemetery have allowed us to publish a listing of the burials at Evergreen Cemetery from 1875 through 1989 in our quarterly, the Lifeliner.

Evergreen Cemetery is located on 14th Street north of Magnolia Avenue in Riverside, CA.

Olivewood Cemetery is located on Central Avenue east of Magnolia Avenue in Riverside, CA.


Help Preserve the Pioneer sections of Evergreen Cemetery

GSOR has been asked to help for help on this project. Dr. Philbrick is coordinating an effort to locate descendants of people buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Riverside, CA. If your are willing to help in this effort please contact the Evergreen Cemetery at (909) 683-1840 and they will put you in touch with Dr Philbrick. The purpose of this descendants search is to solicit funds for the upkeep of the now deteriorating pioneer section. The Pioneer section is in need of lawn care, water, and preservation of the headstones.
