"Evelyn Shuckhart
Services for Mrs. Evelyn Shuckhart, 95, of 16 Bate St., will be 3 p.m.
Thursday in the chapel of Ross Henlerson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Richard
Hurdiss officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Shuckhart died Tuesday morning in the LPN Convalecent Home. She was born
Evelyn Miller, Aug. 24, 1885 in Newark.
Mrs. Shuckhart spent her life in Newark, and was a member of St. John's United
Church of Christ.
Her husband, William H. Shuckhart, died in 1954.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Mary Forman, Mrs. Mildred Jackson, Mrs.
Dorothy Toomey, all of Newark; 20 grandchildren; 51 great-grand children; two
great-great grandchildren; and a brother, Paul F. Miller of Newark.
Calling hours are from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday."
