"Evelyn Shuckhart Services for Mrs. Evelyn Shuckhart, 95, of 16 Bate St., will be 3 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Ross Henlerson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Richard Hurdiss officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery. . Mrs. Shuckhart died Tuesday morning in the LPN Convalecent Home. She was born Evelyn Miller, Aug. 24, 1885 in Newark. . Mrs. Shuckhart spent her life in Newark, and was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ. . Her husband, William H. Shuckhart, died in 1954. . Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Mary Forman, Mrs. Mildred Jackson, Mrs. Dorothy Toomey, all of Newark; 20 grandchildren; 51 great-grand children; two great-great grandchildren; and a brother, Paul F. Miller of Newark. . Calling hours are from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday." .
